How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy:
- Find the toy you want to purchase and click "Add to Cart".
- Go to your shopping cart and click “Proceed to Checkout”.
- Fill in your shipping and payment information.
- Review your order and confirm the purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
How long does delivery take?
Because we use dropshipping, delivery times may vary depending on the location of the supplier and your shipping address. In general, delivery within Europe takes 7-15 business days and for international orders 10-25 business days. In exceptional cases, it can even be within 3 days :)
Please note that during busy periods, such as holidays, delivery times may be longer. We will do our best to keep you informed of the status of your order as soon as possible.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. This will allow you to track the status of your delivery via the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we start processing your order quickly, it is often not possible to cancel or change an order after it has been placed. If you want to make a change immediately after placing your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you, but cannot guarantee anything.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We strive to satisfy all of our customers. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Send us an email with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos of the item. We will then provide a solution as soon as possible, such as a replacement product or a refund.
What is your return policy?
You have the right to revoke your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order. You must return the product in its original packaging and unused. The costs for return shipping are at your expense, unless it is an error on our part.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with further instructions.
