General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dippydoonl. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

1. Definitions

• Webshop : The online store of Dippydoonl, accessible via Dippydoonl.com.
• Customer : The person or entity who orders products through the Webshop.
• Products : All toys offered through the Webshop.
• Dropshipping : A form of e-commerce where the Products are sent directly by the supplier to the Customer without the intervention of the Webshop.

2. Applicability

2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Dippydoonl.

2.2 Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.

3. Offers and Prices

3.1 All offers and prices on the Webshop are without obligation and can be changed at any time.

3.2 All prices on the Webshop are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are charged separately and clearly indicated during the checkout process.

3.3 Dippydoonl is not responsible for errors or omissions in the Products and/or prices offered on the Webshop.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 The Customer can place an order by following the ordering process on the Webshop.

4.2 Payment must be made via the available payment methods on the Webshop.

4.3 The agreement is concluded at the moment that the Customer has received confirmation of the order by e-mail.

4.4 Dippydoonl reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional information before accepting the order.

5. Delivery and Shipping

5.1 Delivery takes place via dropshipping. The Products are shipped directly by the supplier to the address specified by the Customer.

5.2 Dippydoonl is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the supplier, customs or other external factors.

5.3 The delivery times on the Webshop are indicative and may vary. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the Customer to compensation or cancellation of the order.

5.4 The Customer is responsible for correctly filling in the delivery address. Incorrect address details may result in additional costs for the Customer.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

6.1 The Customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receipt of the Products without giving any reason, in accordance with the legislation on distance selling.

6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact customer service via Info@Dippydoonl.nl and complete the withdrawal form.

6.3 The Customer must return the Products undamaged and in their original packaging. The costs for return shipment are for the account of the Customer.

6.4 After receipt and inspection of the returned Products, Dippydoonl will refund the purchase amount to the payment method used by the Customer within 14 days.

7. Warranty and Complaints

7.1 The Products supplied by Dippydoonl are subject to the supplier's warranty conditions.

7.2 If the Customer has a complaint about a Product, the Customer must contact customer service via Info@Dippydoonl.nl. The Customer must clearly describe the defect or complaint.

7.3 Dippydoonl will respond within 14 days of receipt of the complaint and, if necessary, seek a suitable solution in consultation with the supplier.

8. Liability

8.1 Dippydoonl is not liable for any indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of data or immaterial damage resulting from the use of the Webshop or the delivered Products.

8.2 Dippydoonl's total liability towards the Customer, on whatever grounds, is limited to the amount of the order, as paid by the Customer.

8.3 Dippydoonl is not liable for any damage or loss caused by the supplier during the dropshipping process, including but not limited to delays, incorrect deliveries or product errors.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 Dippydoonl is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil its obligations if these are due to force majeure. Force majeure is understood to mean any circumstance beyond the control of Dippydoonl that temporarily or permanently prevents fulfilment of the agreement.

9.2 If the force majeure lasts longer than 30 days, both parties have the right to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.

10. Privacy Policy

10.1 Dippydoonl respects the privacy of the Customer and treats all personal data confidentially, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the Webshop, including texts, images, logos and software, is the property of Dippydoonl or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights.

11.2 It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute or make public any content of the Webshop without written permission from Dippydoonl.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

12.1 These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

12.2 Disputes arising from or related to these General Terms and Conditions will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district where Dippydoonl is established.

13. Changes and Additions

13.1 Dippydoonl reserves the right to change or supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time.

13.2 Any changes or additions will come into effect at the time of publication on the Webshop. Customers are advised to regularly consult the General Terms and Conditions.
